Community Problem Solvers — Submit Your Idea

See a problem?
Submit a solution.

Real change starts when someone refuses to stay quiet. If you see a community problem and have thoughts on how to solve it, we want to hear from you.

The Process

From idea to organized action.

01

You Submit

Share the problem you see, why it matters, and your proposed solution approach. No formal requirements — just clear thinking and honest intent.

02

Board Reviews

The creative problem-solving board evaluates feasibility, alignment with Synthield values, and genuine community need.

03

We Refine Together

If approved, you work with mentors and strategists to design implementation. Your insight stays central — systems provide the structure.

04

Initiative Launches

Your idea becomes a Synthield initiative with systems, support, and coordination. The person who saw the problem leads the solution.

What Makes a Strong Submission

We are looking for:

Clear problem definition

Understanding of who's affected

Proposed solution approach (doesn't need to be perfect)

Willingness to participate in implementation

Alignment with protecting the vulnerable

Realistic scope for community-level action

You do not need all the answers. You need to see a problem and care enough to help solve it.

Perfect plans are not required. Honest observation, clear thinking, and genuine commitment are what move ideas from paper to action.

Idea Submission

Share what you see.

Every field helps us understand your idea and how to support it. The more context you provide, the better we can evaluate and refine together.

Community Problem Solvers

Problems need people who refuse to stay quiet.

The best solutions come from the people closest to the issue. If you see something, say something. If you have an idea, share it. The board is waiting.
